Leaders were making decisions but not gaining momentum. Growth existed, yet everything felt heavier than it should. And the visible problem was rarely the real problem.

This changed how I approach my work.

Today, I help mission-oriented founders uncover and resolve the hidden constraints creating friction across their businesses. Through a strategic operations lens, I help identify what’s slowing progress, draining momentum, and making leadership harder than it needs to be.

Sometimes the constraint is operational. Sometimes it’s structural. Sometimes it’s strategic. And sometimes it’s hidden inside assumptions that no longer serve the mission.

My role isn’t simply to optimize systems. It’s to also provide perspective.

As a fractional partner, I bring an outside lens to the business—helping founders see patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities that are difficult to spot from inside the day-to-day.
